Experience You Can Trust

Clean, reliable and affordable water doesn't just happen, it takes experienced leadership.

As Division 2 Director on the Municipal Water District of Orange County (MWDOC) Board and currently serving as Board President, I remain devoted to developing reliable and economical supplies of safe, high quality drinking water for our communities.

For twenty years I represented Orange County as a Director of the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (MET), serving 19 million Californians. During my service on MET and MWDOC my top priorities were water quality and reliability, alongside environmental stewardship and water sustainability.

Our region faces real challenges ahead: Uncertainty in Colorado River negotiations, growing impacts of climate change and continuing issues on the State Water Project, all requiring experienced leadership.

My experience extends across the water community, including the Executive Committee of the Special Districts of Orange County, member of the Water Advisory Committee of Orange County including two terms as President and a member of the Executive Committee of the Urban Water Institute. I ask for your support in continuing this important work by casting your vote for me.

Thank you for your consideration.

Respectfully, Larry Dick
